We from Chicago!!!! We make our Corned Beef out of Brisket and brine it for 7 days, we cook it and shred it by hand! This sandwich is the traditional sandwich with Swiss Cheese, Mayo, Deli Mustard and Dill Pickles. Served on Sliced Jewish Rye.
